Tillie Walden is a cartoonist and illustrator originally from Austin, Texas. She is a the creator of a number of award winning graphic novels including On a Sunbeam, Spinning, and Clementine. She is a graduate of the Center for Cartoon Studies where she now teaches. In 2023 she became the Cartoonist Laureate of the state of Vermont. She lives in Vermont with her family.
